SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 7-10 business days within the exception of custom orders {excludes weekends and public holidays}. Orders place after 5pm eastern standard time will be considered the next business day.  

Please note, that order processing time is separate from shipping time. We ship out orders with FedEx, UPS DHL and USPS. Please allow a time period within 2-5 business days to be shipped. However, Shipping may or may not be longer.

TRACKING

Tracking numbers/ Fulfillment confirmations will be sent via e-mail. It is yourself and the shipping carriers responsibility to keep track with your package once order is fulfilled and out of possession. MzEyeKandi Beauty is not responsible for lost, abandoned , stolen unclaimed or damaged packages. Please be sure to double check your shipping information before submitting. For a fast response please provide us with Your Name and order number as the primary information in the body. the subject  should be "tracking" .

REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of the product,  and covid-19 all sales are final . once payment goes through no refunds will be granted. There will be no refunds for Discounted items or custom orders. if and only if under the circumstances there's a mishap on the company's end (received the wrong item) we may or may not accept an exchange given the fact the item(s) has not been tampered with (unused, unworn, packaging, labels, tags etc). Decisions will be determined case by case scenario.  Items are as shown and will be sold as is meaning what you see is what you get. It is your responsibility to do your due diligence in regards to reading the description to make sure items suits your needs. Improper wig size does not warrant a refund. MzEyeKandi Beauty values our customers and puts client satisfaction as top priority. All orders are reviewed carefully prior to shipping to insure confident purchases. TERMS & CONDITIONS

You hereby certify that you are in fact the official cardholder. You also certify that your name on the order placed also matches the name on the cardholders account as well as billing and shipping addresses.  We warrant the right to ask for any additional information to confirm such in the method of "verifying your order". A form will be sent to you in which will require you to upload a copy of your photo identification card. If information is deemed in-cohesive your order may be delayed and/or canceled. This does not warrant a refund. If you are using someone else's card without permission and it is deemed you are making a fraudulent transaction you will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent. You agree you will not dispute or chargeback payments. If you do all evidence will be presented against you. By continuing to make A purchase you Automatically authorize MzEyeKandi Beauty to charge your bank account in the amount specified and are agreeing to these terms and conditions. MzEyeKandi Beauty also presumes the right to update store policies at any time. It is your responsibility to check back periodically.
